Debbie Palmer is Head of Nutrition at The Kids Research Institute Australia and a former paediatric dietitian with over a decade of clinical experience. Her research focuses on how early-life nutrition during pregnancy, lactation, and infancy influences immune development and reduces the risk of allergic diseases.
