In the ICA1 published on the EMJ website on 5th March 2026, an error was identified in Figure 2.
In the figure, Gai, Gaq, Gas, TNF-a, and NF-kB have all incorrectly used letters from the Roman alphabet instead of the Greek symbols α and κ.

Figure 2 has now been updated to ensure that the letter ‘a’ in Gai, Gas, Gaq, and TNF-a has been changed to ‘α’, so they now read as Gαi, Gαs, Gαq, and TNF-α.
Figure 2 has also been updated to ensure that the letter ‘k’ in NF-kB has been changed to ‘κ’, so it now reads as NF-κB.

EMJ apologises for the error and any inconvenience caused.
