The article by Dharamraj and Motilal on the EMJ website was originally published on the 28th of August 2025. Since then, a few errors have been identified in Table 1:

  • The p value for ‘Age group (years)’ was p=0.150, but should be p=0.227.
  • The percentage for ‘Asthma; No; Moderate/Severe’ was 98.14, but should be 94.44.

One error was also identified in Table 3D:

  • The column title for ‘Adjusted β (95% CI)’ was incorrectly labelled and should have read ‘Adjusted β (95% CI) p value’. The column subtitle ‘p value’ was incorrectly labelled and should have read ’Model 1: Adjusted for age (centred), gender, and comorbidities’.
