With a background in education and health, she has pioneered initiatives like the Safe Plan, Prescription Safe Plan, and The Empathy Project, blending practical psychology with community action. Debi’s work applies innovative frameworks such as the Theory of Constraints to mental health systems, improving communication and support across healthcare. A passionate educator and advocate, she continues to train professionals and young people across the UK to build resilience, empathy, and connection.
