Speaker Bio:
Matt Rutter is Professor of Gastroenterology at Newcastle University and University Hospital of North Tees, Stockton-on-Tees, UK. He is Clinical Director of the Tees Bowel Cancer Screening Centre and an internationally recognised expert in colorectal cancer screening, surveillance, advanced diagnostic colonoscopy, and quality improvement in endoscopy. He has contributed to national and international guidelines on colorectal cancer surveillance, polypectomy, and screening, and has led major quality improvement initiatives, including the National Endoscopy Database and work with the Joint Advisory Group on GI Endoscopy.
