Noel Bairey Merz is Director of the Barbra Streisand Women’s Heart Center at the Smidt Heart Institute, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, California, USA. A global leader in women’s cardiovascular research, she has authored over 450 scientific papers and book chapters, served as chair of key committees within the American Heart Association (AHA) and American College of Cardiology (ACC), and continues to advance the field of women’s heart health worldwide.
