In the article by Dhanasekaran M et al. in EMJ Diabetes 10.1 (pages 62–73) was originally published on 15.08.22. Since then, a corrigendum has been made. Figure 2 contained an error. In the ‘IV insulin’ box, in the second bullet point, it originally stated “An optional initial loading dose: 0.1–2.0 units/kg as an IV bolus (depending on the plasma glucose concentration”. As a result of the corrigendum, it now reads “An optional initial loading dose: 0.1–0.2 units/kg as an IV bolus (depending on the plasma glucose concentration”.

The authors apologise for the error and any inconvenience caused.
