In this expert-led podcast, we examine the intersecting challenges of climate change and increasing demand on healthcare systems. The discussion explores the effects of rising global temperatures and air pollution on both our patients and healthcare services. Expert health professionals also discuss the role of healthcare systems in contributing to climate change, identify the sources of greenhouse gas emissions, and explore the impact of poorly controlled respiratory disease on patient outcomes and environmental footprint.
