In the article1 published on the EMJ website on 29th May 2026, the following error was present in the text.
In the ‘Perspectives on JAKi Safety and Tolerability’ section, references 19 and 20 were cited after the incorrect sentences. Reference 20 was cited after the sentence “Results showed that momelotinib […] nausea compared to fedratinib.” Reference 19 was cited after “Similarly, when compared to pacritinib […] higher chance of Hb improvement.”
The in-text citations have now been correctly updated, with reference 19 now correctly appearing after the first sentence, and reference 20 now correctly appearing after the second sentence.
The medical writer apologises for the error and any inconvenience caused.
