I would like to wish you a warm welcome to the inaugural edition of EMJ – Dermatology, featuring the latest updates on diagnosis and treatments for dermatological conditions, and a review of the EADV Congress 2013, held in Istanbul, Turkey. This 22nd annual meeting hosted by the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology focused on aesthetic dermatology and centred around the motto of ‘dermatovenereology in a changing world’.
