Cardiologist’s Perspective of Diabetes and Cardiovascular Risk Management in Post-ACS T2D patients

Diabetes

At a Takeda-sponsored symposium held at the 51st Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes in Stockholm, Sweden, on the 14th September 2015, Prof Stephen Nicholls of the South Australian Health & Medical Research Institute and University of Adelaide, Adelaide, Australia, describes the control of dysglycaemia in acute coronary syndrome patients and the importance of risk factors other than blood glucose in cardiovascular disease.
