Myopericytoma (previously defined haemangiopericytoma) is a rare vascular tumour originating from extracapillary cells called pericytes and rarely occurs in paranasal sinuses. Surgical wide resection is the treatment of choice. Post-operative radiotherapy is usually used in the case of incomplete resection.
