Darshan Kulkarni is the Principal Attorney at the Kulkarni Law Firm, which focuses on helping with the regulatory and compliance needs of FDA regulated companies and their service providers. He has a doctorate in pharmacy and serves on multiple advisory and editorial boards, sharing his knowledge on professional, community and professional issues. He is also a prolific content creator, and has his own podcast called DarshanTalks on which he interviews high-profile life science stakeholders.

Matt Lewis is Co-Founder, Inizio Medical Analytics and Innovation. Based in New York, he leads a team dedicated to transforming innovation in the life sciences. Prior to Inizio, Matt worked at Procter & Gamble, Boehringer Ingelheim and a number of medical communications agencies, and his experience spans most major therapeutic areas. Matt also holds four degrees, including one in Molecular Biology from Cornell University and one in Population Health from New York University. When not at work, Matt advises emerging startups in the disruptive innovation space and judges open innovation competitions for government and private funders.

Dr Zsuzsanna Devecseri is Vice President and Head of Global Oncology Medical at Sanofi. She has been with the company for over 17 years and has held various commercial and medical roles and is passionate about building high performing teams. Zsuzsanna started her career as a paediatric oncologist after graduating from the Semmelweis Medical School in Hungary. She later obtained an MBA in Economics from Corvinus University and a certificate in Health Economics and Outcomes Research from the University of Washington in Seattle. She is passionate about early diagnosis and treatment in oncology and promoting access to innovative treatments. Pallavi Bansal is Associate Vice President, US Oncology, Genitourinary Cancers and Haematology, Merck. As a member of the US oncology and marketing leadership teams, her day-to-day responsibilities include leading the commercialisation of a broad portfolio of oncology medicines and overseeing several new products in development. Prior to joining Merck, Pallavi had over 16 years of progressive oncology experience in R&D, sales and marketing. Pallavi lives in Chatham, NJ with her husband Lax and 9-year-old twins Mira and Neel. She grew up in India and moved to the US for graduate school.
