Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage. Unfortunately, it is a symptom associated with many clinical situations of different nature and its management is even today a complex issue. In this scenario, NSAIDs have always been a milestone in the treatment of pain, even if they have evolved little in recent years.
