Key learnings from a satellite symposium at the 9th Psoriasis: From Gene to Clinic Congress are summarised in an infographic exploring evolving understanding of IL-23 pathway inhibition in the treatment of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Depicting the pathway of immune cells and signalling molecules, the infographic summarises the role of IL-23 in the current model of psoriasis pathogenesis, the efficacy of IL-23 blockade in psoriasis, and explores the potential of early psoriasis treatment to increase the likelihood of a good therapeutic response.
